• Led stakeholder engagement process to draft School Leadership Framework and rubric.
• Authored a series of guidebooks on principal talent management for district leaders working with the George W. Bush Institute.
• Led research and writing of the Building Ranks framework for the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).
• Drafted principal coaching standards and an aligned rubric for Illinois State University.

• Led design process for a SEED grant leadership development program for aspiring leaders.
• Designed a series of multi-day convenings for district leaders participating in the School Leadership Initiative.

• Oversaw an extensive literature review in support of the NASSP’s Building Ranks framework.
